Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 1/13/25. The inspection started at 9:55am and ended at 10:18am. There were no children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 0. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver/household member record while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the home and interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
