Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted at 2:25pm. Observed 2 children totaling 5 points with 1 caregiver. Ratios and supervision were incompliance. A household member was also present. The children were having their brushed, playing with toys and coloring. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. No areas of non-compliance with subsidy requirements and laws reviewed were found.
