Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/05/2022 from 9:46am to 10:32am. There were two children in care today. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (3) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
