An announced, on-site initial subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/23/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:05 pm and ended at 12:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed: children's records and staff records on-site. The inspection included review of policies and procedures, emergency drill logs and emergency planning and supplies and a tour of the program.
