Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 am - 1:15 pm with the center director. There were approximately 86 children, ranging from five months to five years of age, present with 18 staff supervising. Children were observed playing in a variety of centers, working on art projects, outside on the playground, washing hands and eating lunch, watching an age-appropriate video, and napping. Lunch served today: macaroni and cheese with hamburger, broccoli, mixed fruit and milk. The physical plan was inspected along with five staff records, the written daily attendance, and the written allergy list. Hand washing and diapering procedures were also observed.
