Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/23/2024 and completed on 11/20/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 10/17/2024 relating to care, protection and guidance. The inspector reviewed one child record and four staff records on site on 10/23/2024. This inspection included document review, observations and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
