Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/23/26 and completed on 3/6/26 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/20/26 relating to allegations of care and protection. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
