This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview and records review. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 11:55am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There were no children present at the time of inspection.
