Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual visit was conducted today.
There were 2 children (4 points) present with one caregiver.
1 vendor and 2 adult household records were reviewed. All were complete.
2 child records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances cited.
Children were observed playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys during the visit.
The fridge/freezer temperatures, bathroom supplies, Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid certification and first aid supplies were all in compliance today.

Based on a review of records, attendance has not bee documented daily.
Evidence:
The attendance sheet has attendance documented through 9/6/23, but no more days in September.
Plan of Correction: There was a flood in the home and it was ruined. I will redo the attendance fr the missing days.

Based on a review of records, child records did not contain all required information.
Evidence:
1. Child #1's record did not contain documentation of father's information.
2. Child #2's record did not contain documentation of Proof of birth having been viewed.
Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to provide the missing information.
