Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on May 27, 2025. The inspection started at 12:15pm and concluded at 1:00pm. There were two children present and one caregiver; the point total was five. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
