Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on March 14, 2022. There were 3 children present with 1staff supervising. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
