Inspector Notes

An in-person complaint inspection was conducted on July 6, 2022 9:30am until 11:00am. There were 3 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor.

Information gathered during the inspection determined there is not a preponderance of evidence to support allegations regarding medication administration. However an area of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
