8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day homes

Inspector Notes

An in-person subsidy complain inspection was conducted on July 6, 2022 from 9:30am until 10:30am. There were 3 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector conducted interviews and reviewed documents to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
