This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and video conferencing application.

This annual subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 1/4/2022. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date. The home, child and provider information was reviwed ( policies and procedures when children are in care). Emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed during the inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable statndards or law. No violations were cited.
