A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 11/6/2024 and completed on 11/6/2024. The inspection started at 12:35 pm and concluded at 1:30 pm. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on site.
