Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The Provider was contacted via Facetime to conduct the inspection. There were a total of 5 children (11pts) with 2 staff on site. The children were observed transitioning from morning snack to going outside. AM snack today was cheese, crackers and apple sauce. All staff were observed wearing masks. One child was observed in the high chair, with staff sitting beside them assisting with eating. The programming area was observed with ample toys, equipment, books and activities age appropriate for the children in care. Observation of the cribs, bathroom and diapering area was made. No medications or food allergy needs at this time. A total of 2 children's staff, 2 household and 1 staff record were reviewed and found complete. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection process. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
