Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/03/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30a.m. and ended at12p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver's and 3 household member's records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

The most recent Violation Notice from 09/2024 was not posted.
Plan of Correction: Both the Inspection Summary and Violation Notice from this inspection will be posted on the board.
Standard 8VAC20-800-30-A
The provider shall ensure compliance with these standards and the terms of the current license.

The provider's current license allows for a licensed capacity of 7 children. During the inspection there were a total of 9 children present.
Plan of Correction: Per the enrollment contract, notice of termination will be given and a firm part time schedule will be followed to ensure the licensed capacity is followed.
