Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 3 children (9 points) directly supervised by thevendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. 2 of the children in care were finishing lunch. Handwashing proceudres were observed before the children transitioned to nap time. One child was observed sleeping in a crib. Observation of the home was made which included the kitchen and bathroom. A total of 3 children's files and all household/vendor files were reviewed. No medication needs at this time and no identified food allergies. The exit interview was conducted with thevendor/provider. Inspection conducted between 12:20pm and 1:15pm.
