Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review and a virtual tour of the program.

A 30 day move/ annual subsidy health and safety inspection ( SHSI) was initiated and completed on 10/22/2021. Staffing and supervision were in compliance. A tour of the vendors home/ areas used by the child care program, the rest room used by children in care, emergency prepardness planning locations and supplies were also reviewed to reflect new locations. A code compliance was also conducted on this date,

the information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard or law. No violations were issued.
