An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 9/23/2024 from 9:50am to 10:35am. No children were in care.
Required background searches, training and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan and supplies were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
