Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today. There were a total of 3 children present, with 1 child belonging to the Vendor = 8 points at the time of the inspection. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The daycare was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
