Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 2 children in care (6 points), 1 of which belonged to the Vendor who was directly supervising the children. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. The children were seated at a table with the Vendor as they were beginning to eat lunch. Lunch consisted of beans and rice with milk to drink. The Vendor was observed sitting with the children assisting as needed with and encouraging them to eat. No identified food allergies or medication needs identified at this time. Observation of the entire home was made. After lunch the children transitioned to the floor with the Vendor as they reviewed colors in both English and Spanish and interacted with magnetic shapes of colors. They later returned to the table to begin a watercolor paint activity. One violation found today and a corrective action was discussed. This inspection occurred between 10:30am and 12:15pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. If you have any questions regarding today's inspection, please contact:
