Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection ( SHSI) was completed on 12/9/2022 from 11:10 am-12:05 pm. There was 1 child in care directly supervised by the vendor.
The child was playing with a soccer ball, cars and helping with the inspection. The home, emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were reviewed. A sample of child information, provider trainings and household member information was also reviewed.

Based on record review, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy recordof daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.
Evidence: There was 1 child in attendance at the time of the inspection and their arrival had not been documented as required.
Plan of Correction: I just threw them away it was so much paper. I will keep from now on.
