Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted on 6/7/24 from 12:00pm to 12:45 pm. There were 3 children (5 points) present during the inspection. The children were observed washing hands and eating lunch which included fresh fruit, chicken nuggets and hash browns. 1 record for the vendor, training certificates, and 3 children's record were reviewed to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. A walk through if the family day home was conducted.

Evidence: Child # 1, Child # 2 and Child # 3's record was missing the verification of proof of identity.

Based on staff interview, the vendor did not conduct annual lockdown drill procedures.
Evidence: The vendor stated that an annual lockdown drill was not practiced.

Based on staff interview and records review, the vendor did not maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills.
Evidence: The vendor stated that shelter in place drills were practiced but she did not document them.
