Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 1 child (1 point) directly supervised by thevendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. Child in care was engaged with a ruler and enjoyed measuring objects around the home. Positive interaction was observed between the Vendor and the child. No identified food allergies and no medication needs at this time. The exit interview was conducted with thevendor/provider. Inspection was conducted between 11:20am and 12:30pm.
