Inspector Notes

A renewal subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on July 20, 2022. There were no children care today. The physical plant, caregiver record, 2 children's records, nutrition, and emergency procedures were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of caregiver's record, the caregiver did not undergo a tuberculosis (TB )screening at least every two years from the date of the initial screening.
Evidence
The record for caregiver #1 contained a TB screening that was completed 2/27/19, which means it expired on 2/27/2021. They did not undergo a TB screening at least every two years from the initial screening.
Plan of Correction: I will set up appointment and have the TB screening completed and place the results in my record.
