A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 10:00am and 11:00am. There was 1 child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 2 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
