A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 11:00am and 12:30pm. There were no children present with 1 provider/vendor. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 2 household member record were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. No violations were observed during this inspection.
