An annual inspection was conducted today. There is 1 child present (3 points) with one caregiver.
There is an additional adult visiting the home today.
4 child records and 1 caregiver record were reviewed.
See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, diapering supplies, diapering practices, handwashing, and Emergency preparedness plan were all in compliance today.
The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures.
