Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on February 15, 2022. There were no children present with the Vendor but one child enrolled. The Vendor has been enrolled in The Virginia Quality program and has attended over 40 hours in staff development just in the last year. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
