Inspector Notes

An unannounced annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/9/2022, beginning at 10:15 am and ending at 11:20 am. There were 2 (6 points) children and 1 caregiver in attendance at the time of the inspection. Children were observed playing with playdough and engaging with the Provider. Handwashing was also observed. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, children's records, training certificates, and household member information.
