Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/05/2023 from 10:55 am-11:40 am. There were no children directly supervised by the vendor at the time of the inspection.During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined violations with applicable code or requirements and are listed on the Violation Notice.
