An unannounced, on-site annual Subsidy Health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 9/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:05 am and ended at 9:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records
and the providers record on-site.
This inspection included document review, policies and procedures and emergency planning and a tour of the program.
