An annual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/4/2022 from 9:10 am-9:55 am. There were 2 children in direct supervision of the vendor. Vendor information, child information, household member information, trainings, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitizing routines were discussed and demonstrated during a tour of the home.

Based upon record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.

Based upon observation, cleaning agents, disinfectants were not stored in areas inaccessible to children.
