An unannounced annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 10/17/2022 from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. Vendor information, child information, household member information, trainings, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. The home was found to be clean and supplies were appropriate for the
school-age children in care.
