Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/9/2024 from 8:30 am- 9:30 am. There were 3 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning for new location, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
