A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on January 3, 2023, between 9:00am and 10:00am. There was one child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 2 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 2 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. There were no areas of non compliance.
