Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children present (7 points) with one caregiver.
Both children were sleeping during the inspection.
2 child and 5 caregiver/household records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
The first aid supplies, First aid/CPR certification, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, and age appropriate toys were all in compliance.
LI was present from 1:30 PM - 2:30PM.

Based on a review of records, Central Registry Searches C(RS) have not been repeated in the allowable 5 year time frame.
