During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 9/8/25. The inspection started at 10:10 AM and concluded at 11:00 AM. There were 2 children present and1 caregiver; the point total was 6. The inspector reviewed 2children?s records and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
