Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.

An annual subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on September 24, 2021. There is 1 child enrolled. The Vendor showed the Inspector the child's records and all items were complete. The Evacuation drills are current as well as the shelter in place and Lockdown drill. The Vendor has various annual training hours completed and has equipment and materials for children. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
