Inspector Notes

This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 5/11/2021 at which time the vendor was contacted by remote application.

The vendor reported that 4 children were in care at the time of the inspection The inspector reviewed child information, vendor information and household members. Vendor required trainings, emergency preparedness planning drills and supplies were also reviewed.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the vendor Covid-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law. No violations were issued.
