Inspector Notes

On 04/07/2022 an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted. During the inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected and or reviewed. Policies and procedures for maintaining child, vendor and household member records were also reviewed. There were 3 children in care at the time of the inspection. A sample of 4 child records were reviewed for required information. The children were observed eating lunch and singing songs.
