Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 4/2/2025 and completed on 4/2/2025. The inspection started at 10:00am and concluded at 10:57am. There were two children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was six. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A digital thermometer must be included in the first aid kit and accessible wherever children are in care.

The provider did not have a digital thermometer available at the home.
Plan of Correction: Will get a digital thermometer and ensure it's available at all times when children are present.

A 911 or local dial number for police, fire, and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center must be posted in a visible and conspicuous place.

The provider did not have the emergency numbers posted at the home.
