A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted TODAY, between 9:15am and 10:30am, There were no children present with 1 provider/vendor.. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 4 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record and 2 household member records were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on review of provider and household member (HHM) records, two HHM's do not have a current eligible fingerprint letter on file.
