A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 12:00pm and 1:15pmpm. There were no children present. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 3 children's records, 1 provider/vendor record was reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor.
