Inspector Notes

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/14/2022 from 10:10am to 11:05am. There were (4) children in care and (1) child living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (6) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
