Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/11/2023 from 9:25am to 10:04am. There were (4) children in care with the vendor and (2) resident children. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (4) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
