Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced subsidy inspection was initiated at 10:15am on 10/18/21. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present = 3 points with the vendor. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The virtual observations were initiated at 9:30am on 10/19/21, due to home repairs taking place in the daycare area of the home the previous day. ] The daycare was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov

Note: Current regulation and Code numbers are handwritten on the original inspection report issued to the Provider.
