Inspector Notes

This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a stae of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginiain response to the COVID -19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 4/20/2021 at which time the vendor was contacted by video conferencing application.

The vendor reported that 3 children were in care the day of the inspection. Theere are no children living in the home. The inspector reviewed child information, vendor information and household member information. Required trainings, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were also reviewed.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the vendor Covid -19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
