Inspector Notes

On 4/18/2022 an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was completed by remote application. During the inspection a review of the home, child information, household member information, emergency preparedness supplies and drills, infant care routines including: handwashing and cleaning routines.

There were 2 children present during the inspection directly supervised by the vendor.
